Who am I,
and how can I help you?
I am a Coach, NLP trainer and HR/OD consultant, with a background as a People and OD Director and small business owner.
I set up Lannair so I could do work I love.
I love supporting people and organisations achieve their ambitions, goals and what's important to them.
What I really love are those moments of realisation when they discover their true brilliance and shine, and realise they can, and will, achieve well beyond those goals.
And I'm a creative, artistic mum and wife who loves her friends, family, good food, live music, animals and making a positive difference - in any way and any order.
HR AND OD CONSULTANCY
I have over 20 years’ experience at the ‘top table’ in director level positions, influencing and coaching senior leaders in both the private and public sectors.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and former People and OD Director, I understand the context and challenges that are unique to those working at a strategic level and am able to draw from my personal experience of working closely and extensively with Executive Boards, Governance committees, Organisation leaders and staff at all levels and stages of their career.
I have led HR and OD teams in different industries across the UK and overseas, so I also understand the subtleties, complexities and benefits of working in multicultural and diverse organisations.
I have coached and delivered development programmes extensively throughout my career both as an in-house Director and as an external consultant.
Contact me for a free, confidential, no-obligation conversation to find out how I can help you.
I love coaching and seem to have an uncanny knack of untapping true potential, so those I coach often achieve well beyond their expectations for themselves and their organisations.
It is a pleasure and a privilege to help you achieve promotion, recognition, business growth, pivoting, culture change - whatever your personal and/or business ambitions might be.
My coaching style is active and participative. I use my skills and expertise to help you change your thinking, particularly unhelpful self-talk, which in turn changes behaviour and ultimately performance.
I hold a post-graduate certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring (ILM7) and use a variety of tools and interventions to provoke and develop you or your business. I am also firm that such tools are of little value unless interpreted clearly and used to create credible impactful actions.
Words that have been used to describe me as a coach include:
And just as you might take a test drive before buying a car to check it is right for you, contact me for a no-obligation conversation to check I am the right coach for you.
The skills you learn on an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) course enable you to recognise and explore the excellence within yourself and others, so that you bring out the best in yourself and others.
Who can benefit from learning NLP? In my opinion, everyone.
NLP can be used by:
managers to build trust in teams,
trainers and teachers to understand and motivate their delegates and learners,
parents to communicate better with their children,
leaders to inspire and effect lasting change,
business owners to engage in a more meaningful way with their customers,
I could go on .. and on.
And going back to that excellence within us. We all have excellence within us - even if sometimes we are determined to keep it well hidden!!
I trained with, was qualified by, and now work with Sue Knight who was the first to introduce NLP to the business world. I also deliver NLP training with my colleague Anna Bell. Details of these programmes and NLP Club are on my events page.
And if you are curious to know more contact me. I'm always delighted to explore how you can untap the excellence within you.
